If you arrive without a booking you will be turned away due to the capacity of our sites. If you have provided us with an email address you will receive an email confirming your booking. Do not worry if you arrive on time but are delayed in entering the site by vehicles in front, you will still be allowed to dispose of your waste.

Each household is limited to one visit every three months, with a maximum of two units per visit. Booking slots will be available up to 14 days in advance and up until 15 minutes prior to arrival.
